If you are located in the European Union, you have the legal right of withdrawal, allowing you to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order without giving any reason, subject to statutory exceptions.

Once you have notified us, you must return the goods without undue delay and no later than 14 days from the date you informed us. Unless the item is faulty, incorrect, or otherwise covered by statutory rights, you are responsible for the cost of returning the goods. We recommend using a tracked shipping service, as you remain responsible for the goods until they are received by us.
If you withdraw from the contract, we will reimburse all payments received from you. Refunds may be withheld until we have received the returned goods or you have provided proof of return.
We will issue the refund without undue delay and no later than 14 days from the day we are informed of your decision to withdraw, subject to the conditions above.

Customers are responsible for the cost and arrangement of returning items.
Items must be returned in unused, unworn condition, with original packaging and tags.
To be eligible for a return, you must contact us within 30 days of receiving your order.
To initiate a return, email us at Jacob@lockwoodsmocks.com with your order number and reason for return.
Unauthorized returns will not be accepted.
Refunds will be processed only after we receive and inspect the returned item(s).
Once approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method. Please allow up to 5–10 business daysfor processing, depending on your bank or payment provider.
Shipping fees are non-refundable.
If an item is returned in a condition that does not meet our return requirements, we may reject the return or issue a partial refund.
If you need a different size, you must return the original item first.
Customers are responsible for the return shipping of the original item.
Once we receive and approve the return, we will ship the replacement size to you at no additional cost (standard shipping only).
Exchanges are subject to item availability.
We do not accept returns or offer refunds for the following:
Sale or clearance items
Gift cards
Personalized or custom-made products
Intimate or hygiene-related items (e.g., underwear, swimwear)
