The deep navy of the Ladies Henry comes from the colours of the Household Division, where I served for over a decade and a half. It’s finished with the same Harris Tweed as our Vintage Henry smock, so the two pair perfectly.

• It’s warm and breathable. It’s heavyweight boiled wool, structured to hold its shape.
• It matches the Vintage Henry. The collar is Vintage Henry Harris Tweed, handwoven in the Outer Hebrides.
• It layers easily. It works on its own or under a smock.
• It’s made by a family business. It’s handmade in Oldbury in the Black Country, in a third-generation family-run factory.

Returns

If you'd like to return an item, contact us within 30 days of receiving your order with your order number and reason for return. Items must be unworn and in their original condition with tags attached. Return postage is the customer's responsibility.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll process your refund to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Original shipping costs are non-refundable. If an item arrives back in a condition that doesn't meet the above, we reserve the right to decline the return or issue a partial refund.

Exchanges

Need a different size? Send the original item back first and we'll ship the replacement to you at no extra charge once it's received and approved, subject to availability.

Damaged or defective items

If your order arrives damaged or with a fault, contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and a photo of the item and packaging. We'll put it right.

Non-returnable items

We're unable to accept returns on sale items, gift cards, or personalised products.
