Return & Refund Policy
We want you to love your Lockwood piece. If something isn't right, here's how we'll sort it.
Returns
If you'd like to return an item, contact us within 30 days of receiving your order with your order number and reason for return. Items must be unworn and in their original condition with tags attached. Return postage is the customer's responsibility.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll process your refund to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Original shipping costs are non-refundable. If an item arrives back in a condition that doesn't meet the above, we reserve the right to decline the return or issue a partial refund.
Exchanges
Need a different size? Send the original item back first and we'll ship the replacement to you at no extra charge once it's received and approved, subject to availability.
Damaged or defective items
If your order arrives damaged or with a fault, contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and a photo of the item and packaging. We'll put it right.
Non-returnable items
We're unable to accept returns on sale items, gift cards, or personalised products.

A great product that’s very well made to a high standard. The sizing is perfect and it fits extremely well and is really very comfortable and of course stylish. It looks the part and even after a few washes has remained in shape and the colour still perfect.

Been wanting a decent British made 1/4 zip for a while and although luckily there are plenty of British made ones available the prices of the other brands are out of my range but these Lockwood ones are fantastic value for £80 quid!
Great fit and feel, very comfortable and this colour combo really stands out with a extremely high end look and feel which is exactly what the Lockwood brand is.
Personally for me its a true fit (I'm a 6ft male, athletic build and incredibly handsome, even more so in this 1/4 zip) so if you want to wear it over a couple of layers I would size up.
Lockwoods customer service is the best so if you are not sure just contact them or seek them out at one of the many shows they are at all year.
