We want you to love your Lockwood piece. If something isn't right, here's how we'll sort it.
Returns
If you'd like to return an item, contact us within 30 days of receiving your order with your order number and reason for return. Items must be unworn and in their original condition with tags attached. Return postage is the customer's responsibility.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll process your refund to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Original shipping costs are non-refundable. If an item arrives back in a condition that doesn't meet the above, we reserve the right to decline the return or issue a partial refund.
Exchanges
Need a different size? Send the original item back first and we'll ship the replacement to you at no extra charge once it's received and approved, subject to availability.
Damaged or defective items
If your order arrives damaged or with a fault, contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and a photo of the item and packaging. We'll put it right.
Non-returnable items
We're unable to accept returns on sale items, gift cards, or personalised products.

My partner bought me this gilet for Christmas, lucky me, I must say, it's fantastic quality and very well made. It's heavier than your regular gilet, but this is no regular gilet. Its a stand out piece in my wardrobe.

A truly beautiful bit of clothing. Fits great, has a nice “weight” to it which adds to the quality. Good sized pockets with zips. I recently received the Churchill cap and the fleece gilet. I’ve been wearing both over the past few weeks and I am more than massively impressed.
I’m a guy who’s always had flat caps and fleece gilets as a staple of his wardrobe, and these are some of the best I’ve ever owned. The materials are top notch, the workmanship is durable and the design is exactly what you want when you’re out on the ground.
These are not just well thought out products, but you can see the time that’s been invested in getting the right quality materials and working with the right manufacturers. The cap has already proven to be truly waterproof and rip proof and the gilet is serving me perfectly as both a mid and top layer in the typical British spring!
For me, to have UK source products of this quality is great - when you compare the price tag to equivalent mass manufactured products that don’t have half the quality in material or build, this is everything you could ask for in your outdoor wear.
