    The Vintage Arthur Waxed Smock is crafted from Everwax Vintage by Halley Stevensons, an olive green British waxed cotton that has earned its place on farms, moors, and estates across the UK. Designed for daily graft and long seasons outdoors, it’s a smock made for those who know the land like the back of their hand.

     

    Lined in Harris Tweed  handwoven and dyed in the Outer Hebrides, the hood adds warmth and heritage in equal measure. With generous storage, movement ready shaping, and reinforced durability throughout, this is the dependable kit trusted by gamekeepers, farmers, and field sportsmen alike.

    Amazing bit of kit!

    Coming out of the forces I couldn’t justify the Brecon smock, but treated myself to the Arthur instead. It is genuinely the best built / best quality piece of clothing I’ve ever owned. You can see the quality in every aspect, right down to the smallest detail. If I had to pick one (very very tiny) issue, it would be the length. I’m 6’3” and wear a 2XL, and it could be ever so slightly longer in the sleeves / length, but it’s a very minor issue for such a good bit of kit. I’ve worn it as both a smart option over my work clothes, and in to the Fells on shoots, and it’s held up to both without fault. The customer service is also without fault, this is a brilliant company; I’ll be buying from Lockwood again, worth every penny
