Lockwood Smocks Polo Shirt – A Guardsman’s Homage
This isn’t just a polo – it’s the first of its kind under the Lockwood name. Handmade in London and hand-dyed using premium fabric, this shirt pays tribute to the colours of the Household Division – the same colours I’ve worn with pride on my right arm for over a decade and a half as a serving Guardsman in the Coldstream Guards.
When I designed these polos, I didn’t want to just release a basic top with a logo on it. I wanted to honour the regiment that’s shaped me, and to carry a piece of that history into everyday wear. These are the same colours I’ve served in, trained in, and represented – now reimagined in a classic, heavyweight cotton polo you can wear with pride, whether you’re on the parade square, in the yard, or at the pub.
This piece marks the beginning of a new chapter for Lockwood Smocks – grounded in service, heritage, and British craftsmanship.
