A Creative Weekend in Bath & Beyond

Last weekend was one for the books! Our team from ZIZZY Studios, alongside James Malone Shoots (@jamesmaloneshoots on Instagram)  , embarked on a two-day content creation adventure in Bath and the Dorset countryside.

📍 Saturday, Day 1 – Historic Bath Highlights

We kicked off on Saturday in the heart of Bath city centre, capturing stunning visuals amidst its iconic Georgian architecture. Key stops included:

        •    The Circus: That famous circular Georgian ring with grand townhouses—the perfect dramatic backdrop, steeped in Druidic inspiration and architecture by John Wood the Elder   .

        •    Royal Crescent: Not the “Royal Mile,” but the elegant Royal Crescent—a sweeping arc of Bath stone houses built in 1767–1774, offering classic Palladian charm  .

        •    Hare & Hounds: We then headed up for panoramic views overlooking the city, grabbing dynamic shots before breaking for lunch.

To wrap the day, I dropped in on an old friend in Priddy where me and Ruth laid our heads for the night.

    ☀️ Sunday, Day 2 – Dorset Delights

On Sunday, we ventured to Hinton St Mary, gathering at the Hinton Workspace early in the morning. Joined by our full crew and volunteers, we spent a creative few hours in the Hinton St Mary Estate House Gardens, capturing beautiful lifestyle and community-focused footage. After a relaxed lunch in the Workspace, the volunteers headed home, and the remaining team traveled to Wood Lane Stables—the home and workspace of equestrian legend William Fox‑Pitt—for some final shots.

The day concluded with intimate interviews:

        •    Ruth, my fiancée and now business partner, brought warmth and vision.

        •    Jai our talented web developer, shared insights into our site’s upcoming features.

All in all, a fantastic wrap to a creative weekend.
